Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on how to take care of yourself when working in situations with repeated exposure to the trauma of your clients, along with listening to their pain and frustration as helping professionals.

Objectives:

  • To learn about vicarious trauma, stress and burnout and recognize the differences and how these things can impact us.
  • To recognize the importance of resilience and self-care and their connection to well-being.
  • To be able to identify at least three self-care techniques.
