Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on learning and utilizing the practice of self-compassion in your role as a direct-service provider and/or a supervisor of those who provide direct-service. This can both prevent and heal the symptoms of compassion fatigue and build resiliency in direct service staff.

Objectives:

  • Identify the signs and symptoms of compassion fatigue as compared to burnout
  • Identify strategies for the prevention of compassion fatigue as self-compassion
  • Identify self-compassion as a strategy to heal from compassion fatigue and build resiliency
