Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on types of professional boundaries that are important in the workplace, as well as tips and techniques on how to enhance their communication and active listening skills by learning a number of simple strategies.

Objectives:

  • Participants will be able to define and give examples of professionalism and boundaries in the workplace.
  • Participants will be able to identify various techniques for effective communication and active listening skills with clients.
  • Participants will be able to apply their knowledge of professional active listening in behavioral health scenarios
