Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on exploring practical ways to combat stigmas surrounding mental health conditions and substance misuse, including a person-centered approach while enhancing awareness of implicit bias towards individuals dealing with mental health conditions and/or substance misuse.

Objectives:

  • To understand the underlying spirit and approach of person-centered care
  • List several strategies to engage a client from a person-centered approach
  • Identify several strategies to address stigma and stereotypes
