Objectives

  • Self-identify aspects of implicit bias in your work as a supervisor
  • Identify at least one activity or technique to use in understanding intersections between you and your supervisee as well as between your supervisee and their client
  • Develop a personal plan of increasing your awareness, knowledge and/or skill in managing bias and privilege
