Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on Shulman’s model of interactional supervision which is relevant to social workers making the transition from frontline workers to supervisors. The training will also provide participants with an understanding of self-care and we will discuss creating self-care plans for ourselves and with our staff.
- Participants will gain an awareness of models of supervision including Shulman’s interactional model
- Participants will learn about the importance of self-care in supervision as a parallel process
- Participants will gain knowledge about supervising entry-level professionals including using supervisory logs
