Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on emotional intelligence in the workplace. In this presentation, participants will learn more about the personal and social domains of Emotional Intelligence (or EQ), and its important in the workplace, as well as tips and techniques on how to further cultivate a deeper understanding of self and others by completing a number of simple exercises.

Objectives:

  • Participants will be able to define and explain components of emotional intelligence
  • Participants will be able to identify various ways to practice emotional intelligence in the workplace
  • Participants will be able to apply their knowledge of emotional intelligence exercises in behavioral health scenarios
