Supervision in Challenging Situations

Join The Ohio State University College of Social Work for a free webinar on participants examining their supervision styles. Participants will review challenging supervisor situations; the importance of maintaining healthy boundaries will be stressed. The training includes information sharing, reflective exercises, and interactive activities to help participants become more informed in effective supervisory pracitices.
- Participants will learn and utilize self-reflection to address their supervision style
- Participants will understand the Discrimination Model of supervision (Bernard & Goodyear, 1992)
- Participants will learn strategies to maintain healthy boundaries while providing effective supervision • Participants will role-play and solve challenging supervisory situations
